To reset your Nokia X smartphone to factory settings follow the below procedure:

check IMEI :

Launch your keypad on your nokia x, x+ or xl device and Dial: *#06#

  • Tap on Settings.

  • Go to General > Backup and reset.

  • Tap on “Factory reset“.

  • Tap on “Restore factory settings“.
