Unlock Bootloader
- go to recory mode (vol up + power)
- reboot to bootloader
- Fastboot oem unlock
- confirm n phone
- fastboot reboot = no, it will bootlop
- shutdown phone
install TWRP
- go to recovey mode again (vol down + power)
- reboot to bootloader
- got to the fastmode again and install twrp
- fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
