Realme C11/ C12/ C15/ C20/ C21 | How To Root using Magisk on Stock ROM

This is tutorial How to root your Realme C11/C12/C15 (RMX2185) on any latest Realme UI Stock ROM using Magisk Root on custom recovery.

Things You should Know

  • Use at your own risk! I am not responsible for your actions
  • Unlock bootloader & In-Depth APK Realme >> Complete Unlock Bootloader (In-Depth Test 2023)
  • Take IMEI Backup !! Store backup on pc/sdcard (nvram, nvdata, nvcfcg)
  • Realme C11, C12, C15 share the same hardware. All are using MediaTek Helio G35
  • If you have Realme UI 2.0, make sure use the RUI2 In-Depth Test APK, vbmeta & custom recovery

Unlock Bootloader

  • Enable OEM in developer option
  • Install In-Depth Test APK
  • Select In Depth Test, wait untill approved
  • reboot bootloader (select the indeep test menu)
  • fastboot flashing unlock
  • Choose Unlock
  • fastboot reboot

Combination Keys

Vol down + power = fastboot/bootloader mode

Flash Custom Recovery Vbmeta & Magisk

  • fastboot -w
  • fastboot erase userdata
  • fastboot --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
  • fastboot flash recovery filename.img
  • fastboot reboot bootloader
  • fastboot reboot recovery
  • backup nvram , nvdata, nfcfg
  • format data
  • reboot recovery
  • wipe dalvik data cache
  • flash magisk

Downgrade Realme UI 2.0 to Realme UI 1.0 (fastboot method)
