For Android 11 Custom ROM you need to have MIUI 12.0.x stock ROM
For Android 12/12L Custom ROM you need to have MIUI 12.5.x stock ROM

Instruction

Unlock Bootloader
Go to fastboot (press and hold >>> power+volume down)
open command prompt in C:\ADB and Fastboot then type this code one by one carefully
