Things You should Know

  • If needed flash the latest firmware update fw_ginkgo_miui_GINKGOGlobal_V12.5.2.0.R
  • This tutorial use Nusantara OS, if you use other custom ROM the step is just the same
  • Take IMEI Backup ! (EFS and Modem)
  • Make sure you are using latest stock firmware

  • boot into bootloader
  • fastboot flash recovery pbrp.mg
  • fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
  • boot into recovery, press volume up + power button
  • backup EFS & Modem

  • reboot recovery
  • wipe dalvik data cache
  • Flash custom ROM
  • reboot recovery
