You can use this tutorial to solve problem to root or flashing custom rom

File Needed To Bypass UBL Redmi 10A
- Mediatek driver, LibUSBDKDriver, UsbDk_1.0.22
- Bypass Auth Apps (Dolphin)
- SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1916_Win
- Stock Firmware dandelion_c3l2_V12.5.2.0.RCZIDXM
Step To Bypass UBL Redmi 10A
- Install MTK Driver
- Extract stock firmware
- turn off phone
- Disable windows defender
- open dolphin tools > MTK Universal > Disale SLA/DA
- Press vol up + down > plug USB cable
- open SP flash tools > Select scatter loading
- uncheck prealoder > hit download > wait until it finish
- Turn on phone into fastboot mode > vol down + power
- open dolphin tools again > MTK Universal > Unlock Bootloader
- plug USB cable > press 3 button vol up + vol down + power
- Wait until the process completed
- Turn on phone into fastboot mode > vol down + power
- Fix the DM verity , use the vbmeta from the stock ROM
- fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta vbmeta.img
- fastboot reboot
- DONE!
- From here you can root using magisk or flash custom ROM
