Step by step guide guide to root using latest magisk on your Samsung Galaxy 05 (A05xxx). This method work and tested on any stock ROM One UI.
If you have different firmware, download firmware that same as your phone and create your own boot.img and vbmeta.img, simply follow the tutorial.
Prerequisite
- Install Samsung Driver & Download Odin
- If you want to use my boot.img and vbmeta, use the same firmware (link bellow)
- If you use difference firmware, patch the boot.img and vbmeta
- Extract you boot image from your stock ROM

- img patchboot & vbmeta that im using patch boot
- Latest Magisk Official/ Delta/Alpha (rename apk to zip for install in custom recovery)

Instruction To Root Galaxy A14 Latest Firmware
- Unlock bootloader your phone
- Compress boot.img and vbmeta.img in tar format give it a name e.g patch.tar
- Open odin uncheck auto reboot
- open patch.tar in AP
- Flash patch.tar using Odin
- Force Reboot (vol down+power) after reboot switch to recovery mode (vol up+power)
- format data
- reboot system
- connect to internet for 2 minutes
- update & open magisk
