Yes this is not a clickbait, you can flash your samsung phone without using any computer. All you need it is an android phone that have root access.
You can use this tools like odin does, flash, unbrick, downgrade, upgrade stock firmware etc. Tested and work on galaxy A04e and should work on any samsung android phone.

Steps
- Download stock firmware (you can use samfw.com)
- Extract zip file use zArchiver you will find BL, AP, CP, CSC
- Install thor on any android phone that have root access
- Open and give it root access
- Select the BL, AP, CP, CSC according to the tab
- Boot the samsung phone into download mode
- connect the two phone using good usb cable
- Make sure devices connected
- hit start wait until it finish
- DONE
