Complete guide to root your Note 40 (X6853) on XOS Android 14 stock firmware using Custom Recovery

Prerequisite

- If you using new TRANSS account to do unlock bootloader, you need to wait 14 days. Use old account if you want to wait

- Tips, use same stock fw and just flast my boot.img if want to do simple! If you have difference fw, patch you own boot.mg
- Take IMEI Backup !! Store backup on pc/sdcard (nvram,nvdata,persist,persistents,protect_f,protect_s and EFS for snapdragon)

- Latest Magisk Official/ Delta/Alpha (rename apk to zip for install in custom recovery)
Unlock Bootloader
Trans mean = Infinix, Techno, Pova
New Trans account need wait for 14 days, old account no need to wait
- Login trans account
- enable developer option
- turn on usb debugging
- turn on OEM unlock, login into your transs account
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot flashing unlock
- select OK on your phone
- Done
Instruction
- fastboot devices
- fastboot getvar all
- fastboot flash vendor_boot custom_recovery.img
- fastboot reboot (press vol up)
- backup IMEI Modem
- backup boot.img and vbmeta.img
- reboot system
- rename boot.emmc.win too boot.img
- patch magisk
- adb reboot recovery
- flash patch_magisk.img into booth slot
- fastboot reboot
- done
